I have been in the lending business since 2000, and in the Oregon area since November 2001. I have seen and experienced the ups, downs, changes, and challenges this business has gone through. Then, the mortgage business entered my blood and is now in my DNA. In my career, it has given me the independence to buy shoes, jewelry, clothing, and even a home. All the while, I was helping people purchase or refinance their homes and consolidate their debt with monthly savings, allowing them to get to a better place in their lives as well. This is what makes me feel good about what I do and cements my future in this business. Helping my customers realize home ownership, their happiness and satisfaction are why I love the lending business!
As a mortgage broker, I am tenacious, possess exceptional communication skills and have a dynamic personality and work ethic. I am a strong independent contributor and work to close all loan transactions to the end. Furthermore, my familiarity with loan programs and details help me to educate my clients throughout the lending process. I stay on top of all the players in the loan process; inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, title companies, contractors, repairmen, and agents, to ensure that all obligations and timelines of the purchase contract are met. You will be kept informed every step of the way.
Through continuous training and education, I have the knowledge of the ever-changing environment of the lending process. I keep abreast of changes in marketing, environment, and loan practices. I work with buyers impacted by difficult economic climates or not and counsel them on their various options to purchase a home now or in the future.
Many of my clients over the years have repeatedly partnered with me for mortgage lending help or advice. They've shared my name with friends and family who were considering purchasing a home or refinancing. In fact, over the years, I have refinanced homes for several real estate agents.
